Hello fishes, I'm and developer working with matlab simulink and embedded C coding with 3 years of experience My current ctc is 6LPA Currently I'm holding an offer with Tata Consultancy 10.5 LPA Bosch 12 LPA I have cleared lal discussions with Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India HR interview has been scheduled. I'm expecting around 16 Lpa. As per my research avg CTC of Mbrdi is from 16 - 20 LPA. Could you please help me with how can I negotiate here.
