The way you’ve written your concerns are very direct and will certainly not work in a conversation. Think of positive and constructive ways to communicate. Write your thoughts down and rehearse. Then book some time with your manager seeking some advice - everyone likes to be asked for help! Start with some positives and then gravitate to the negatives

Of course, it will only work if your manager is receptive to constructive feedback. The only other way is to get your mentor/ coach to intervene

Get coach involved now. ASAP like now. This is happening to me too. Talk to your manager about both your current working relationship and your plans to roll off. Get it formalized. That’s something to look forward to and it may help him understand the gravity of the situation. There are managers who really do believe we are warm bodies to help them get promoted. You have some good points here. Like tell him/her you will start summarizing asks and communicate in a structured planned manner only, nothing ad hoc.

I have a boss from hell. She’s the GM of my hotel and she is a mean girl that never grew out of highschool. She loves gossip. She will trash talk her employees with other employees and once her toxic garbage starts to leak amongst us peons she will send a group text telling us all to stop spreading rumors and to stop being bullies like she isn’t the mean kid with a magnifying glass torturing ants for no reason. So what’s the protocol on being harassed by a former employee - one that reported to you but that the company on the whole fired. For harassment, no less. This guy just can’t let it go after YEARS.

Hi fishes good evening. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. My first therapy appointment tomorrow! I’ve never dealt with depression before having my second kid and my PPD was/is rough!
