Assuming you don’t want to cheat*, your best bet is calorie control vs exercise. Exercise helps of course, but it’s always calorie control that is easier short term than insanity 2x a day or whatever.

Cook for yourself, there are too many lower calorie recipes for any of us to name, soups can last a long time. Id recommend “cream of X” soups made at home to control the cream part, skip any oil, easy and filling. Cream of asparagus where the cream for the whole batch is only 200cal of coconut milk for example. Broccoli blended soups can work without any cream at all. Beyond that just pure protein items like chicken breast as a main or base to an item.

Dump all your snacks. Replace if you must with something like a protein bar. The ones at Costco (Kirkland) are good. Protein and fiber.

The last few days you may need to lightly cheat, control your salt intake to very low, fast instead of eating and drinking the day of the weight in.

* go online and read about boxers. You load up on water for a while, then cut water and salt massively. You can drop 10lbs this way just by being sufficiently dehydrated.

Fast 18 hours, giving you a 6 hour interval to eat.

Drink lots of water. Water weight can come off fast and you’re less hungry. Then, go on figure athlete training sites and get an idea of what they eat to cut right before a competition (normally less processed carbs and more protein like white fish). They tend to weigh everything out so they know exactly what they are consuming. This is NOT a long term weight loss solution, but if you want to drop ten pounds quickly and do it without completely starving yourself and messing up your metabolism, that’s probably the best way to do it with the least amount of damage to your body.

Lose It app or My Fitness Pal. Do it healthily and steadily and weight will stay off. Weight Watchers also works and helps you be more mindful about what you eat and drink daily.

What’s the time frame? I just did optavia and you can lose weight really quickly. Hard to maintain afterwards if you stop though since it’s essentially a meal replacement program, but would be perfect to win a bet.

Time frame is before the other guy loses 10 lbs.

Only put food in your mouth between noon and 6pm. And try to not make it all crap. Drink a ton of water, and try to get some reasonable exercise.

Work out and just eat good whole foods. Track your macros. None of this diet culture crap.

Macronutrients. Your protein, fat and carbs. You can find a macro calculator online to figure out what yours are. Then use something like my fitness pal to track.

Intermittent Fasting

How long do you have?
Find out how much calories you burn daily for your age, height, weight.
Count your calories, eat 500-1000 calories less than daily caloric rate and workout

How to lose weight like an anorexic movie star.

if your body needs 2300 calories to maintain your current body weight. Eat a max of 1700 calories a day. Do a workout (or multiple) workouts to burn 1000 calories extra a day. I suggest multiple workouts spread out during the day so
You don’t realize how tired you are. Also man up and drink some eggs and chase it with black coffee.

Your daily intake is now 700 calories since you burned off 1000 calories.

Don’t you dare pick up any junk or extra food. Drink water and cry yourself to sleep at 7pm and dream about that money in your hand if you must. Since your body needs 2300 to maintain weight, you have a deficit of 1600 calories a day.

1lb is 3500 calories.
Repeat every day for 3 weeks. No rest day. You can rest when you get that money in your hand.

Decrease food, increase workout and tears to drop pounds quicker.

Eat lots of vegetables. You can eat 500 calories a day and still get all nutrients, if you fill up on veggies and fish. I wouldn’t advise doing this all 7 days, but it depends on how much you want that cash.

Congrats, you’ve just lost 10lbs in ~21 days.

Track EVERYTHING you eat via a tracking app. Ideally, track it be for you eat it. Sometimes seeing how many calories something is helps you make a better choice. Plan your meals out ahead of time, including snacks. You’ll be less likely to impulse eat junk if it’s preplanned. Make sure you dont get to the point of being starving, you’re more likely to make a bad choice. Exercise in the AM so you can’t put it off. Good luck!

I am wondering if I can see what other brands say to influencers that they reject? In the program we use we either approve them or reject them. Got covid from the UK , double vaxxed , and symptoms are wildly atrocious. Everyday I have different issues. I went from no fever to 102.4 in a couple of minutes. Blood oxygen dropped dangerously low and bounced back in a few minutes. Chills , cold sweats. My newest one is that my legs are so achey and sore it feels like they were beaten with a bat , just nonstop pain and can’t sleep. Anyone else experience these? Pretty sure I’d be hospitalized at a minimum without the vax
