Please help me with selection of company. I have 2 offers in my hand.
1. MNC (5000 employees) - 30 LPA (28 fixed and 2 variable)
2. Small Product company (200 employees) - 32 LPA fixed

The role is almost same in both.

In process for Accenture. YoE - 11 yr.
As CTC comprise of huge (24 to 27%) variable amount, can someone help with queries:

1. What is appraisal cycle at Accenture ?
2. As they also have 6 months probation, are lateral hires considered for appraisal & variable(prorated) during first year?
3. Any date in year before which candidate must join to be eligible for appraisal & variable of ongoing cycle.
4. Does Joining Bonus come with any return clause, if yes whats condition ?

would you take an offer from a F200 company with ~30% base bump and a title promo, although the role is not exactly what you wanted or interested in? Bump is real nice but don’t want to take on a role and regret it down the road

Offered lead engineer designation for 4.7 YOE .they normally offer this position E1.2 band ??

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.
