I've been with my company almost 2 years and I've already been promoted consultant. I am planning to leave for 3 months after the January bonus comes in. Will this affect my career long term?

Are people still not getting together with family? My parents (in their 60s) have not seen my kids since this all started, and we were thinking to get together for dinner one night. Is that completely irresponsible? We don’t go anywhere except the supermarket and same with my parents. I see others getting together and feel like I’m the only one that still didn’t get the memo.

For the love of god why can’t people properly distinguish my first and last name even though it’s well known in Accenture the format on Teams is Last Name, First Name? If another hiring lead calls me “Wang” instead of my proper obvious American first name that is as common as “Michael” I will just ignore them from now on.

Is it me or are food delivery apps dead. Restaurants seem to prioritize orders made at the restaurant but when you order through ubereats/door dash it’s never ready or it’s made badly

Does anyone know the TC range for Uber’s Senior Program manager? The role is in Security and was told to me by the recruiter to be a L5B role. Initial convos mentioned somewhere around $180k base, $350k stock over 4 years and annual performance bonus of $34k. TC is around $300k/year. I’ve got 10+ YoE and current TC around $175k. Any one know if I can push for L6? If not, then what’s the L5B band? TIA!

Have been fortunate enough to see large comp/responsibility increases in my early career (~$320K TC, 7-8 YOE) but starting to feel really stuck. Looking to make a move but most opptys are either slightly worse pay or have limited career growth runway.
