Any users of Chewy? Planning to give it a try- would you suggest just going to a local pet store instead?

Love Chewy! They are a growing company with great customer service. My favorite part aside from autoship is that if you have a pet prescription, like we do for Nexguard, they will call and verify the prescription with your vet for you - No extra steps.

I agree! We have a subscription for my pup’s food and vitamins and it’s a lifesaver. It’s also great that we don’t have to lug heavy bags of dog food.

Love chewy!! I accidentally ended up auto-shipping three of the same product and had to return the two. When I contacted customer service, they gave me a refund AND asked to instead donate the product (unopened probiotics) to the local animal shelter. Since then I try to do most of my shopping on chewy :)

I’ve used it for a while for dog food. They are pretty great and their customer service is top notch.

Depends what you’re looking for. I get a majority of my grooming supplies, prescriptions, and toys from chewy since they have a better selection and prices. However I purchase food, treats, and chews from our local pet store (Krisers, Bentleys, Paw Naturals) since everything is vetted and I like to read the ingredients and pick the items. I find a lot of the items on Chewy have a bunch of additives and fillers and we feed our dog single ingredient treats mostly

Love Chewy! They have great costumer service, easy returns, shipping is super fast. I used to compare prices around and Chewy is very competitive.

We like it. We use auto ship for some staples that we used to buy in the store. Nice that it gets delivered on a schedule.

Use it to auto ship food and preventative meds. Great customer service.

They are fantastic. I have been getting my cat’s Rx food from them for 5 years. It was stolen from my building’s mail room once (not sure what the thieves wanted with a giant bag of low calorie urinary care cat food) and they sent another bag next day, free, no questions asked. They also send a hand-written holiday card every year!

I’ve found amazon to be cheaper for most of the products I need, and Walmart PetRx is usually the best for any Rx my pets need.

Love Chewy! Great prices, super fast shipping (pre COVID), and their customer service is amazing!

Chewy is the best. Reliable, fast, and has almost everything.

Yes!

Yes! Highly recommend!! We get dog food, bones, and treats.

Love it since I have multiple animals. When I only had one cat I didn’t find it necessary.

Moved to a new city. Don’t have much friends apart from my flatmates, office peeps and some friends’ friends I got connected to.

How do I go around building my social life here? Tb specific, I’d like to meet people who are into adventure sports/trekking/etc. And also those who are successful in their careers, so that I can be inspired to aim higher.

It also doesn’t help that I’m not much of an extrovert or someone who drinks or likes clubbing/bar-hoping/etc.

Any advice?
