After six years of blood sweat and tears I have decided that it’s time to move to a new position outside my company. However, due to the fact that I have been successful at being an account manager in hybrid position of sales and marketing. I’m debating if a career change from sales and marketing would be beneficial seeing as how a majority of my skill set comes from the multiple years of account management. My goal role in 5 years let’s say is Chief People Officer / People & Culture Director, etc.

My background is 12+ years in customer/client experience, coaching, sales, and account management. I’m finishing a Lv7 executive coaching course and starting a CIPD Lv5 people management course.

Any ideas on what roles I can start with? Don’t care if it’s a simple role, getting in with a good company is important.

Someone with IT audit experience trying to break into digital strat/customer experience field.. any advice on the switch?
What are specific skills (coding)/ interests expected?
What are the projects like?
Is there bigger potential in digital? (Exit opportunities)

Closed dozens of deals at trade shows, created/presented virtual and in-person seminars, create onboarding and scripts for the reps I support as a SE and am required to be on majority of demos across all time zones. I know I’m getting screwed, but how bad?

What sorts of SQL questions are typically asked in interview questions for senior data analysis jobs? Like is knowing SQL from freecodecamp enough or should I look into taking a course online?

Tired of people thinking it's better for women to join "certain practices" for ease of work life balance. Why do we encourage a culture where we don't imbibe work life balance as equally important for men! I started looking out for job when only 15 days were left in my probation. In probation period notice period is 30 days. I got a call from a company...I told the HR if I get selected I would require the offer letter witin 15 days if you want me to join in 30 days. She said okay, I cleared all rounds but even after various reminder, they were able to release it today(sunday) and today was my last day of probation. But when I went to put resign its showing me 90 days. What can I do now?
