I got placed at an agency to freelance for a few weeks by Creative Circle. Im not ‘on call’ so im only charging for the hours im actually working. How do you prefer to work with freelancers in this situation? I’m not sure if I should be letting them know if I have nothing to work on at the moment or not. I’m on my first work trip since getting sober. I was scared that this would be one long trigger and I’d spend the whole trip either on the phone with my sober friends or sneaking drinks at the hotel bar.

But I’m here, and I’m fine. I found out one of my colleagues got sober too and it’s so much easier with them here. I guess Bill W was onto something.

A female friend got married to an IPS officer(Love marriage). The bride’s family gave 1.5 Crore INR as dowry/gift. I have been thinking about the groom why did he and his family accepted/took this. What can be expected of such an officer. Lost all respect for him.
