What does it mean for your working hours day to day? How many hours do you end up working daily and weekly?

My boss said as long as I get work done and attend meetings, he’s okay with whatever time I log in and out. Still trying to figure this out so I don’t overwork or put in too few hours.

Me: log in at 9am, take breaks, 30 min lunch and log off at 5pm but I might change my schedule around when I go to the gym again. Trying to be online min 35hrs/week

This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality.
