I am open to sales or account director positions but mostly focused on finding a great product with a great culture. I have been a top producer responsible for the largest global accounts and want to represent a company I really believe in. Any companies I should consider or advice?

I have cleared the interview and have sent the candidate details to HR. My notice period with current company is 3 months and the EY GDS HR mentioned to me that they were not sure If they can wait for 3 months. Could you guys please help me with the below:-
1) Does EY GDS usually send offer letter with 3 months later joining date?
2) How's the work life balance and work culture in EY GDS?
3) What's the salary range for manager position?

Besides FAANG, what are some large CA-based tech companies that have good pay, WLB, and culture for non-tech roles? Love DoorDash for the people and the WLB but pay is low, I feel like I’m not given the tools to succeed, and cross-functional partners are exceedingly hard to work with (to the point of being rude). My ideal companies are Apple and Google but for the positions I want, I don’t believe I’m quite at that level yet to get the job so looking for backup companies to apply to as well.

I’m needing a career change from tech consulting, I just don’t enjoy working on IT projects or the pace/culture of the IT function. I need to do something more quantitative and closer to the business, but it’s been 5 years since I graduated though and feeling a little lost on what my options could be.
