When beginning a piece of literature, I first help the kids access the relevant culture. I have used web quests, but I have found that the kids researching their choice of topics and creating Slides containing information and pics results in more students participating. Recently they researched heraldry for the Medieval Era and reproduced either a family crest that they found or created their own personal crest. Anyone have other activities they use?

Getting mixed review about Accenture, i definitely need work life balance but also few ppl say its not too tuff in Accenture but few say the work is hectic. But to be honest I really admire Accenture with respect to the culture and consistent growth but don't want to get into hectic situation due to some family issues I've to take care at home.

How much effort does it take to maintain your body? I’ve gotten pretty lean this summer after using a personal trainer, but I have a strict diet & the workouts are very intense. During the pandemic I put on weight very fast when gyms closed & realized if I’m not working out 3x minimum a week, I stay stuck at a higher body weight/fat % (about 8 pounds higher than what I’m at now). Will I always have to be doing this rigorous routine to stay lean or does your body ever adapt?
