I work at a “big” law firm for my market (mountain west). 2020 was my first full year here. Do most firms gives their associates raises and end of year? I came from a really small firm and have only been practicing for 2 full years so i don’t know much else. I’m not expecting a raise because frankly, i didn’t hit the billable requirement and I’d say I’m an average associate at this point. Just curious as to what it typical. (At least we have a solid bonus structure).

I’m going to board first and hold the seat next to me so that my wife can board with our baby at the very end of boarding to minimize their time on the plane.
