Hi IBM sharks 🦈
So I got interviewed for a project by the IBM team. The interviewer told me that its a go ahead from their end, now the client will assess my profile and if they too are fine with it, I will be onboarded?
Is it true that we have client interview as well? If yes then after how many days of interview by IBM team, client interview takes place?
Or its just that if the IBM team is fine with it, we are selected for the project?
Any inputs on this will really help :)

It’s the fed printing money + federal unemployment subsidizing state unemployment + stimulus checks to people who don’t need them + easy fractional investing with no commissions = flood of money into the market.
To give an anecdote of the housing market: Fiancée and I bought a new construction with a 390k base price in a new development. The developer now lists that model at a base price of 450k. We purchased this home in late January and feel like we just got a bargain, and the thing isn’t even done framing yet.
Same! We signed a contract in August for base of 700, the builder now has the same type of lot on the same street for 800
I'm pretty sure the market's in an unsustainable bubble so I'm hunkering down in Dogecoin until the dust settles.
A lot of people compare the current situation with 2000-2001 tech crash. It’s nothing like it. I lived through it to tell you that what’s about to come, will be giving you nightmares for decades. This won’t be the run-of-the-mill market crash. There won’t be safe place including cash. We are looking at full debasement.
Buy guns and ammo than. That’s the safe bet if you feel this way.
Yep! It will be Epic! For the history books. When the end comes, you better own an island or some place far and desolate.
It won’t end until the boomers are out of the picture. This was created by them, to bail themselves out. Everyone just realized the game and decided to throw risk management out the window.
The worst part is that more money is lost trying to avoid bubbles and crashes than during crashes themselves.
So playing this rationally might be conterintutive, but buying in and letting the crash happen may be the best approach

McK, the index funds won’t provide much cover.
Same thing in brewing the housing market - cash deals and 10-20% over asking price. Know there is an hard asset underneath this one but damn it frothy!
And people buying $1m homes without a home inspection... to make their offer stand out.
The next 50 years of technological advances are going to be something you would see out of a fiction novel. We are in the infancy of growth as a human race. Trillion dollar companies are going to be the norm. Don’t be scared, be brave.
Pro
Trillion is the old Billion. Hence, these trillion-dollar companies are the same old billion dollar companies. The only difference, we used to have an economy. These tech companies will turn the clocks to neo-feudalism. Not all change is better and not all creative destruction leads to improvements in progress and productivity.
