No because every firm lies and most of the numbers will be cis white women/ cis white gay men.
Another point. The goal needs to be diverse equity partners. Most firms conceal who has equity and who doesn’t. I know the goal is to start with diverse associates, but that’s not enough. Also, firms can satisfy Mansfield criteria through white women, so programs like that are not enough either.

If you are a candidate, you should be able to ask the firm'd diversity manager. My firm has this feature internally (for staffing matters), so I'm assuming most big firms have an ability to track. Ours is based on how folks self-identity.
I would really, really dislike if someone could sort me by race.
