All of the work I do bottlenecks at my M and it causes me a lot of stress when higher ups ask for things that I completed in a timely matter but she has yet to review. M usually has few comments, but it often looks like we’re jointly responsible for delays when it’s really her/she usually doesn’t claim responsibility for the delay. What do I do?
