I'm at a large company in a small team (not hiring) and as a PM (3YoE), I have 9 products (mix hardware/software) and 4 projects under my name. Between support calls, marketing updates, part numbers, etc. I don't feel like a "traditional" PM anymore and instead I feel like I am just putting out fires.
