Nice office. Partnership heavy.

like

Lots of workaholics. Technically, I've heard good things, but i don't work with them too often.

My impression is that they're much heavier in partnerships (2 partners and one MD with fully staffed team all the way down) and states. The two biggest tax clients in Dallas are both partnerships. From the outside, that group has a reputation of being very close knit.

SALT is respectably sized top to bottom (whereas Houston has all managers plus a director and no one else). Used to have a MD and partner, but that partner moved back to his original state. Now, it's just the MD. ITS is small and hasn't quite recovered from when a partner left about 5 or 6 years ago. They have a team, but Houston is much deeper there.

Office as a whole is about 400 strong (all 3 service lines). They're in a fairly nice building on an upper floor. Only thing is...., not a fan of their restroom. The doors.... are fanned!? I haven't been back in a while, but the doors were awful.

Hello All, I have just accepted an offer with Accenture Business (Strategy & Consulting) at Career level 9. I was told I get to move from 9 to 7. Please is this a norm ? If yes, why is there an 8 ? Lastly, what is the realistic/average timeline to indeed move from 9 to 7 ?

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. Need help negotiating a sign-on bonus. This is difficult for me. I got an offer and I knew what the salary would be because they told me what the pay band was before I interviewed and I’m at the top of the band so no negotiation there. Before I accept the offer I’d like to negotiate a sign-on bonus because 1) I was sourced via an internal recruiter so they aren’t paying a recruiter fee and 2) I’m leaving my current company and if I stayed would get a $30k annual bonus in March. Hi all, I’m wrapping up my first year in audit and am looking to a potential exit in sales - I have my CPA exams passed but don’t have the 1 year experience quite yet. I have a final round interview for an entry level SaaS sales role with a first year base of ~75k and 20-30k in commissions assuming I meet my targets. I have a feeling if I secure the position, I won’t be able to delay the start date before I hit my 1 year experience mark. I want the credential but don’t want to pass this up.
