I really need help from everyone here: I am a tax senior, and I have offer from both EY and MNP. I was at Deloitte earlier and I am not sure which to pick. Same package/benefits. While EY is a great firm and the partners are amazing and all experiences of Big4 and it's resources, MNP has this charm of a Canadian firm and great culture. I don't know much but people say MNP is a great organization. The people I will work with are all amazing to speak during interview. What to do now?

Do you have someone in your office/group that you just loathe? They’ve only been on good projects with strong project teams since they’ve started. I’ve gone to them for help in the past via a partners suggestion but came to find out they’ve had their hand held the whole time. How do you get past feeling jealous and annoyed because you work your ass off and are supposedly a top performer but still get put on shit projects with no help? Is it really just time to walk? I really want to develop my newer team members but it doesn’t feel like I’m making progress. We are in different offices so my informal training with them is over phone calls, sharing screens, etc. I oftentimes will explain concepts and ask them questions to reaffirm they are understanding, but I subsequently see the same issues time and time again. It’s not just one person and it’s impacting our team’s ability to deliver to clients on time. I don’t think I’m alone here but not sure what to do.

What’s advisable for resigning / giving notice / quitting before the fall deadline? Would 6 weeks before the September 15 deadline be appropriate or acceptable? Would be giving 2 weeks notice and last day would be a little over a month out from deadline. Don’t want to burn bridges.
