In the past I’ve worked in consumer lending and have been trying to get back into that field of work. My current employer hasn’t really had any openings in any department that I’m interested in and job shadowing hasn’t been an option due to how the workload of the department is. Hello All, I’m in the final round for a PM role & need to do a 20-30 min mock kick off presentation. Any tips, things to keep in mind, or words of wisdom? I’d really like to nail this.

Dealing with this is frustrating me so I need advice! I have a patient who is consistently either late to every appointment or completely forgets to show up. Often times she'll call hours later apologizing and trying to reschedule. My job doesn't have a policy about missing appointments so this has happened probably 5+ times. What should I do?

Anyone struggling with interviewing and think its partly due to being an introvert? I continue to make it to final rounds always losing out to another candidate, no feedback given. I’m qualified for these roles and take the time to prepare. I think its a challenge to respond in the moment, plus I’m on camera, etc. I am worried I’ll never get out of consulting if I cant land a job. Anyone else struggling with the interview process?
