Anybody have tips for healthy foods that are filling? It feels like a joke sometimes, I eat so healthy then I am still starving afterwards.

I've learned about volume eating, which has been a game changer. So munching on veggies, like carrots, throughout the day. And also making sure you're eating high protein meals (30+ g of protein/meal)

Hard boiled eggs, almonds, avocado, peanut butter on apple or banana, whole grain sourdough toast with melted cheese/avocado. I just made a crockpot of charro beans. So good!

I chow down on watermelon. So much food with very minimal calories

Have you heard about Dr Jason Fung, he has written books about Intermitten Fasting. But, his books also detail how to curb hunger and maintain a satiated state through healthy Fats. It works great for me.

Try to fill up on healthy fats and protein.
Carbs, especially simplified carbs cause sugar crash/incessant hunger.

Anything with fiber. Crudités with dip/hummus— bell peppers, carrots, snow peas, broccoli, etc. Fruit— bananas, apples, watermelon, grapes.

I get a high protein bar (12g+) during the afternoon when I am hungry. Otherwise, coffee and water also help control hunger.

I'm stuffing my face on carrots right now.

Blend cucumbers and mix with water and either monk fruit or erythritol (put in small amount of hot water first so the sugar dissolves) to sweeten, and drink that. If you’re eating good meals and they are 30g+ protein, you may feel hungry because you need fiber and water.

Really anything with protein. For me it’s low sugar peanut butter on celery, grilled chicken breast, other meat.

Also depends on your workouts. If you’re doing resistance/HIIT, you burn more calories and then feel more hungry.

Hey y’all. I’ve been tasked with helping an NPO run a virtual conference, which may lead to multiple throughout the year. The conference will have around 1k participants with multiple sessions and trainings going on in addition to the “main stage” over the course of the weekend.
