Being an immigrant what financial tricks or lessons you think you learned late in US. For me didn't put money in 401k or us markets in first 5 yrs. And lost huge appreciation opportunity. Didn't buy house due to visa fears and now paid quite high price. Anything that you folks learned late and want to share

Hi. After an H1B petition is withdrawn, who receives the notice of revocation? Beneficiary or petitioner? And if the beneficiary has another approved I-797 and the notice of revocation is not received by them, does that cause issues at the border at the time of re-entry?

Has any one in immigration law firm used envoy platform? My experience so far is that is it not user friendly and causes many mistakes. I am not a fan but I see others like it. What do you think?
