Does anyone have experience setting up automated queries on Excel for Mac? I am trying to automate a paid search pacing document but am running into an issue with the Excel Power Query not being able to log in to Search Ads 360.

I’m a cci edit coder. I currently have the RHIA registered health information administrator. I been thinking of studying for CCS certified coding specialist exam. But none of the jobs I’m interested in require CCS. They want someone that is familiar with data using excel tableau etc I know these things but I have not worked in a role. I guess my question is should I past this CCS exam then focus on trying to get experience as a data analysts or forget about the CCS?

I just had a convo with a coworker (not in same team and in totally different department but we know each other well) where she essentially broke down while telling me how she is struggling at work and managing her kids (2 under 5). Her department head (same level as me and three levels above her) keeps comparing her choices and boundaries. Example: She requested for more flexible hours, log off after 4 PM etc, and her department head keeps comparing how she managed 20 y ago with same age kids

In the summer I had an offer from EY, which was good, but I actually felt like my role at ACN was just too good to leave. However Mck seems to focus on really interesting problems to solve. My questions to other partners out there - if you left another firm to go to Mck, why? If you considered an offer but decided to stay where you are, why? Why would a Partner at your firm reach out more broadly and pull in more (v. fewer)? At my current firm, I am seeing some information / relationship hoarding. I recognize this is common across the board but I am curious how your firm is tackling this institutionally.

Anyone else feel more disconnected from the younger people after mid 40s? I understood their plight, knew the lingo, knew what kind of in-person gatherings would be fun, etc. All of a sudden I feel like I have no idea how to connect. I want them to get off my lawn and I’ve never felt that way before. Just looking for an ear.

Im a fourth year partner. The clients are good, workload is manageable, have a great team and a great boss. But I'm just not motivated to go and kill it anymore. It just feels more of the same thing. Also, I keep having a feeling that I could be doing a lot more if I were in a startup or in a different corporate role. The only reason that stops me from doing any of this is that money here is good and I worked really hard to get here. Any advice?

Any suggestions on how to get an adjunct teaching role at a university. Don't need money or prestige. I enjoy teaching and gives me something to do when I retire in ~10 yrs. Many colleagues who do this are big alumni donors. My Alma mater is too far away to be practical option. I'm an expert in a very in demand field - get quoted in articles all the time but have not been able to connect with anyone in academia.
