How can i deal with being underconfident in an interview? Even the recruiter noticed i can’t help having my doubts and said it’s more common that us women tend to be more humble .

In the past 2 months, 2 positions I went through the entire interview process for were canceled (and I was the top contender). What gives? This is so disappointing, and not to mention a waste of time for both parties. :(

Do you guys ever just tell recruiters that the process is taking too long and withdraw your application? This guy made contact with me 2 weeks ago, said he’d get an interview set up with internal HR, then ghosted me, then appeared out of nowhere and told me I had a call with internal HR the next. There’s 4 more steps after this. It’s just too much. I know that’s a normal timeline, but the point is it just takes too long now.

I work at a design agency and we don’t always have data or do usability testing to validate our design. It all depends on the project scopes and the clients. In many cases, we just design and get the stakeholders to review then we will ship the design.

Need some weight loss suggestions/motivation. I used to be really fit but over the past few years, I’ve done so many rounds of IUI, had a baby, then two rounds of IVF before I really lost the baby weight which added more weight, then Covid hit and the no daycare no gym situation made it so hard to maintain a healthy routine.
