Anybody here manages 1 hour walk + strength training (or a proper workout routine).
I'm getting SO tired after the walks, unable to muster up enough to do any workouts after that.
Any recommendations would be helpful

OP, excessive is a relative term for each person.

As to timing and sleep, it's not that you can't workout before work, it's that you choose not to.

Personally, I'm in bed by 9pm and up at 4am to workout. Each day I get about 7 hours of sleep, 3K calories, 100g+ of protein, and more water than I care to track.

Do a short warm up, strength train, the use the walk for cool down.

Absolutely do the strength training first. I literally looked this up a few days ago and what everyone said is correct: you want to strength train first because the cardio will usually leave you zapped.

Is it normal to have only an 8 week US and a 20 week anatomy scan and then nothing for the rest of the pregnancy? I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who shares in this group. It truly helps me stay sober. I am approaching 12 months sober but have been struggling lately. While I have not relapsed, I’ve been close. Normally, before I get out of bed, I write down my reason to stat sober for the day, but lately the reasons have been lousy at best. But reading about everyone’s struggles and successes has helped get me through this past month. So thank you all for the inspiration to keep going strong!

Second year at lit boutique. Being asked to draft a lot of briefs from scratch. Work product is great but I take way too long. Not necessarily procrastinating. I just struggle to get a flow state. I rewrite the same sentences over and over. Constantly restructure outline. Always stop to check westlaw. I want to just power through a first draft and add cites/revise prose later. But can’t figure out. Flow state only comes when I’m backed against a wall. Currently on medication. Any other tips?

Running shoe recommendations? I need something that provides a lot of support (knee/IT band issues), and if possible, a shoe with a lacing mechanism that won’t put pressure on the top of my foot. The only shoe that doesn’t cause pain on the top of my foot is the Nike Infinity React, but heel slippage is a big problem. I’ve tried ladder lacing techniques and that hasn’t helped.
