Hey guys, currently am in a development program in corporate banking (underwriter role) with rotation to a more sales type role (relationship management) right now pay for me is around 73k plus 10k bonus & this was entry level. started in July 2021. hardly ever work more than 45 hours a week. However the work is pretty dry.. I hear lots of associates go the RM route after two years where base salary is 100k but more potential for big bonuses.Thoughts on CB or should I try to find IB/PE roles?

Advice on FT Recruiting

Context, just wrapped up a PE summer analyst position at a MM PE firm. Great experience, training, deal work exposue, just not somwhere I saw myself full time.

They took a very small % of class for FT, and I did not receive an offer. I recruited FT for IB last year, so I am rekindling some of those connections + new ones. Does anyone here have experience / advice for FT IB recruiting? I understand it is an uphill battle, but possible.
