I’ve been offered a job in house. The company is great and I like the people a lot. The pay would be in the low 200s all in and they’d let me work remotely as long as I could be on site when needed. My only real concern is the pay cut. I’m a senior associate and I’d make about half what I could make next year at my firm if you count the bonus. I have some fairly significant personal financial obligations (family health stuff) that make a big pay cut scary. Any advice?

I have almost 2 YOE, I’m currently just start on my 3rd engagement and I feel depressed, I haven’t felt rested for a while as I haven’t taken pretty much any time off.
