Anybody in Transfer Pricing? What did your raise look like moving from staff to senior?

Currently working at an insurtech as a Strategy Associate and was offered a position on the IT team by a SVP. The position comes with a decent pay raise, but my title would be Business Analyst. I brought up concerns about the title being perceived to be more junior than an Associate, but was told that it’s more akin to a Project Coordinator/Product Owner (company does not offer those titles). Am I being overly paranoid about this title change effecting my career progression?

I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! (I do get a percentage of profits but due to Covid, haven’t gotten one in 2 yrs). I do not get 401k, con Ed or health insurance benefits.
Current salary is $85K. I am getting very frustrated that this has not increased even after asking. Thoughts? What to do? What do other seasoned FL PTs make?

At time of promotion,All we got 35% hike

After 6 months but out of all
Some got 10%
Some got 20% and some 25%

Why is that?

Is support project or development plays any role?

How much should we minimum expect after 6months of promotion?

Assume CTC 5lpa

Are the hike percentages also revealed along with promotion update by People lead ?

I just browsed through this bowl and it seems I've replied to the HR's mail with an expected CTC way lower than the market trend.
YOE - 9.1
Stack - IT/Network
Current - 7.5LPA
Expected - 18LPA (mentioned this in my reply to their mail along with all the docs).
Should I've asked for more? Or will my current CTC hold me back? Should I drop another mail?
Which designation should I go for? I can see guys getting AVP at this xp but I'm looking for B3 for ease of getting the next promotion.

I’ve worked as a Histocompatibility technologist at a large company for 10 years. I am lead tech now and I know that I am underpaid and have been informed that no matter what extra degrees or certifications I obtain would end in a raise. I am an ASCP certified med tech and ACHI certified Histocompatibility specialist with a bachelors in clinical laboratory science. I’m tired of being undervalued. I was working as a regular staff therapist for 2 years at an assisted living when just 2 weeks back the HR approached me with an offer to work at a newly opened senior living, so basically I will helping them set up that location from scratch, open it and get it running.
