How many of you in SpEd are Multiple Disability teachers with the lowest functioning population on Virtual teaching using the Canvas platform and the Enhanced Learning Program that is within the Canvas Platform? Accepted an offer at a firm and then another firm I was initially interviewing offered me 15% more. I want to stay at the original firm I was offered due to the structure of it. Would it be bad if I let the recruiter know at the original firm about receiving another offer that is more and ask if they can give me a signing bonus or try to match it? I don’t want to risk getting my offer rescinded.. side note: I already negotiated the comp from the original firm for 10% more than they offered me

I completed my first round interview with wipro. I belive I didn't perform well at interview and left interview in middle as my manager in current company ringing phone constantly . But suprisingly after a week I got call from recruiter stating 1st interview is cleared and there is a HR round without any L2 round. And HR round was also done package was decided and recruiter sent some links for bgv and said offer gonna be released in next week. Is this a clean process or should I suspect?

However while concluding second round the interviewer told I will be having client round too. Can somebody assist whats the process , will there be client round after negotiation ?? How much should i ask % increment & what grade ?. I have 10 yrs work exp. Current CTC 23.
