Working for casual apparel clients and need to dress more trendy casual. Need recommendations on nicer jeans and shirts to fit the part so I can stop the dress shirt tucked into jeans and dress shoes

Could someone explain the "you can always go back" response to leaving a current company for a competitor? What would that conversation look like? Would you simply reach out to your manager and actively manage the network you established in case this were to happen? TIA!

Got offers from digital agencies for senior level leadership roles. TC varies from 250-300K.

One of them is less than 100 member services agency. Now with the recession looming, looking for collective wisdom

- Do agencies survive, thrive or crash and burn during recession?
- list of Things you need to ask before joining these companies? E.g. Revenue source, revenue last year, pipeline, total employees, etc.
- does organization structure matter? Do I need to know the evolution of this.

So I fly EWR to LAX weekly and I am silver on United. Is there a better way to fly? I rarely get upgraded. The most I get is premier economy with United. I have at least another 6 weeks of this
