Anybody know about the portfolio rotation programs at pharma companies? Specifically curious about Genentech, gilead, and I think Merck also has one. I’m curious what makes a good candidate (aside from having an advanced degree). Is having a consulting background a plus? Thanks in advance!

if you lateral over as an experienced hire (2nd year associate or 1st year senior) to another consulting firm, how do interviews work? Should I expect case interviews?

Have a friend at Accenture who started last July post M7 MBA...still has not been staffed. Is this a firm wide issue over there?
