Grid payout like any other financial advisor.

Grid payout is correct, it’s been a few years since I’ve seen the WF comp plan but when I did it was 25 pages long.

Salary for 2 years reduced 25% every 6 months for PLUS 30% floor grid payout for up to 4 years in the new Next Gen Advisor program. Wish I had that when I started…🤣. For all other FAs, Payouts 32%-low 40s with high production plus deferred comp. If you are in an affluent area with licensed and/or Premier banking partners, it can be a great gig.

@pnc 1. It’s was more than 25 pages now.

I recently took control on a company project, and my workload has gone way up from before. I used to spend all of my free time with my partner, and they're growing annoyed at how often I have to work late. Any suggestions?

Geniuses can you please share some ideas/creative ways to track the following.. Case: have around 25 companies and associated info. Part of that info includes company contact point info (name, email) each company may have 1-8 contacts. Contacts change frequently. Ideally I’d like my columns to be |comp name | contact name| contact email |etc, but the issue is I need to track when people leave a company, can’t delete the data. Rn I have 1 sheet holding comp info, another, contact info.

Ladies, do you think getting passed over for promotion due to maternity leave is fair? Obviously makes sense not to be promoted if performance is lacking. However, if you killed it for ~30 weeks cont.

First year in consulting- Close to chargeability target but might receive a below average rating due to most recent project. Is this enough to let someone go based on your experience?

Good luck to those who are going into their first busy season! Yes, it’s daunting at first - we’ve all been there (albeit, not in a remote environment amidst a pandemic.) My best advice is to take one day at a time (marathon, not a sprint). Remember audit/tax/consulting is not life or death, and you WILL make it through. Have patience with yourself and your teams. Find a mentor! Don’t forget you can always find some moral support (read: self-deprecating humor) in your fellow fish!
