Citi - SVP Salary Expectations for Tech / Controls
Looking at some SVP roles for technology / controls in the Southwest region. Glassdoor indicates $185-240k as range base comp, and target of $185-205k for average base. Is that accurate?
Glassdoor also targets $40k for variable comp. average. Is that accurate?
Citi
Make $120k Accenture now doing tech implementations, just got offer 200k TC EY business consulting. I love my job, have a great WLB (working 20 hours per week, no travel, clear path to M in about 1.5 years) - am I an idiot for even contemplating staying? What I would be doing is more PPT/functional vs Onestream/technical which I do now.

I can only speak for southwest if your dog is a PETC meaning it’s a paid pet not an ESA or service animal then it must remain in the carrier at all time. now some crew will choose to pick their battles and not enforce it while other will. good luck!
Both American and Southwest are pretty strict about it. They used to let me take my small dog out and keep him on my lap but not anymore. My dog hates being in his carrier and under the seat but he has to suck it up for a few hours. Ask your vet for Xanax or get him some CBD chews (neither work for my dog).
Yes. I think they have a strict policy on this. The pet must fit into a pet carrier or kennel, and that carrier or kennel must fit under the seat in front of you
