Anybody know what type of exit opps FDD SMs/directors typically leave for? I haven’t seen any leave voluntarily at that level so just curious what type of non-FDD gigs are available at that level without taking a paycut.

Should I negotiate for an entry level software engineering position if I have no prior internships/SWE job experience?

I haven't gotten an official written offer yet, but after giving a salary range of what I'm looking for, the recruiter said that the typical salary is about 5-10k higher than what I said, so I'm not sure if I should even negotiate if the average salary is already higher than what I said I'm looking for. I’m a first-year corporate associate planning on leaving in Sept. for a 2-year MBA. The idea when I first registered for the MBA was obviously to move away from BigLaw, but I’m not opposed to coming back to the firm.

I have been accepted for prince 2 foundation + practitioner (accelerated) course in sabacloud. This course is delivered by sure skills. Anyone has taken this course? Do we give a test at the end of this course or do we get prince2 certification for attendance? I’m trying to evaluate if this course is worth attending for 3 full working days - i.e do I need to attend this course to become eligible for giving a prince2 exam or attending the course itself suffice?

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. Question for consultants in healthcare, what books have you found helpful in your career? I’m starting soon, but I come from a clinical background, and haven’t been exposed to that much beyond that. I have been doing a lot of reading (mainly JAMA/NEJM articles on policy, HBR articles, Christensen and Porters books on innovation etc).
