I got an opportunity from Axtria as a Senior Associate/ Lead - BIM. BIM is one of the Axtria's business vertical.

I've cleared all rounds of interviews including final HR round and salary discussion and at last HR told me that he will get back to me with next steps. It's been over a week, I did not get any response. I have called HR and he said he is checking with internal team and getback to me.

Anyone from Axtria or past employees have any idea for this kind of situation?

I thought I found the perfect position in March but I was let go today. I was blindsided. Never a complaint, my reviews were excellent and I got along well with the owners. My only issue was the PEO not speaking with me and going directly to the owners with her agenda. I asked ownership to work with me and I would pull the PEO in, if necessary. Apparently, they have a longstanding friendship and he does not think of them as a vendor as a friend. She suggested a on-site PEO rep and out I go!

Was offered a senior accounting position in NYC for 100k and a 20% discretionary bonus. My EY raise in October will put me at 91k. I feel like 100k base is low given all the benefits at EY (ex: phone bill, internet bill, fitness fund) but the recruiters are saying 100k for someone with 3 years experience is unheard of.
