Hi! I’m just barely starting prep for case interviews in hopes of having a pretty good grasp before I submit my applications for BCG, Guidehouse, and Deloitte in a couple weeks. Feeling frustrated by big corp and being naive. I’m the newest on the team (1.8 y),have set up the overall strategy and framework for the niche work my team does - now being rolled out across a large company with glowing reviews, yet am overlooked in terms of recognition.
I have never been one to want credit or cared about it, but am realising this is a big mistake as others are being promoted around me and receiving the recognition of a ‘team effort’. What can I do to try reclaim this work?

I work for a huge company for 11 years and haven’t been happy for a while. I feel emotionally attached to it because of great benefits, my growth (had multiple roles) and overall culture. Leaving it feels almost like ending a marriage (nuts, right?). Have you ever felt this way about your career before?
