Managers who have been superstars from day 1 often have difficulty relating to staff that are struggling. And set the bar wayyyy too high!
Support your staff who is having difficulty and doing their best. If you make senior manager or partner one day, they will be the people you want on your team 💪

My co-founder (the CTO) started out strong during our first two years. Then he started backing away despite being still needed. He is almost completely absent now. When he’s not on vacation, which is often, then he might spend half an hour a day answering messages. I’ve spoken about it to him many times and he just gets defensive about doing work I don’t see. Can you please tell how tax is calculated if changed company in middle of financial year.

Company1(April2022 to September2022)
company1 Total CTC was 6.87lpa,after hra declaration taxable income was below 5 lpa so no tax was deducted

Company2 currently working( October2022 to march2023) .
In Company2 total CTC for remaining months in financial year is 7.5lpa.
Taxable income is 6.5lpa.
Tax to pay every month is 7k.

what will be total tax if i combine both employer income.
