I hate my current job (no longer at BCG). Have been interviewing but no offers except for current one, which I was originally relatively excited about until I heard the numbers. Worse than my current role at this toxic company. I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but I’m feeling very depressed, hopeless, and worthless. I am gaslit and discouraged for “rushing” at work, while in fact, I helped catch deadlines (not always of course, bc it also depends on engineers). What’s the best way to stake ETH without running a validator or triggering capital gains taxes? Once you stake every platform I’ve seen gives you a different kind of token to hold that can be exchanged 1 for 1 with eth (lido for example). As that would be a taxable event it would trigger capital gains.

Help. I have not dealt with an anti-trans employee before and I need help with approach. This employee compared a mental illness with being transgender, and referred to someone trans as "he/she/it" at least once. Do i tell business schools that i was on a call center project? It was a leadership opportunity as i progressed to a team lead and lead some training initiatives, but it sounds derogatory to mention that i managed a call center while my counterparts reshaped a company’s supply chain system to increase efficiency or something you know? I read that it’s retroactive up to 180 days, so does that mean I essentially don’t need to sign up and start paying unless I go 180 days?
