Let’s try again (lol). 2 of the rentals are previous primary residences that I hung onto rather than sell and the third I picked up in 2010. Properties are all local to me (Folsom, ca) and I manage and maintain myself (cuts out that expense). Rents are 2500+ which leads to a higher end clientele. All this has been done over the last 15 years. They have all always been cash flow positive with relatively low
