I'm struggling at work and in the process of adjusting my meds, while simultaneously trying to fix some bad habits that I think came from burnout. I thought having a manager who has ADHD would be helpful. On the contrary, they don't seem to have a lot of empathy or patience for me. I think, in part, because they have theirs under control and are a high performer. Maybe they forgot what poorly controlled symptoms/adjustments feel like? Anyone else have similar experiences?

Engagement Managers & Project Leaders: how on earth do you successfully lead on a tough client project?! Difficult enough for ADHDs to execute tasks let alone effectively manage people and synthesis their insights where you benefit the client and impress your colleagues!!

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 31 and found this only because b school and post mba consulting job was/is much more challenging than anything I did before. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. I just realised it now. My doctor has suggested treating depression (I was also unaware of this) with Wellbutrin first (contd)

How are we coping with this adderall shortage??? My pharmacy can’t even order it 😳. Ahhhhh.

Ever since starting adderall I have noticed this weird tingling/buzzing sensation in my foot. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
