I work for a biotech in Cambridge, MA, I’ve been with this company growing out the general ops team for almost 3 years. I was making 78k as the senior operations associate. I just was promoted to Operations Manager and was offered a salary increase to 85k. Based off of my research this is very low based on comps and the economy.
