PSA reference getting your money back from airlines (at least AA). Apparently if the airline changes your flight (e.g., from direct to one stop through an intermediary city), that is akin to cancelling your flight. I called AA last week to see if I they would refund my ticket because my destination was still on lock down and the agent said they couldn’t refund even though they had modified my reservation from direct to one stop. On the suggestion of my wife, I called back yesterday ....
