Hi everyone :) I'm currently trying to relocate from SoCal to Oklahoma! I have put in many applications for HR roles as well as admin. I have been working for Kaiser Permanente for over 6 years as a service rep and received my HR degree 2 years ago. I've had no luck in the company with any positions and I'm looking to start my HR career somewhere else. Do any of you have any recommendations for work either in the Tulsa/ Broken Arrow area or remote work? I would really appreciate any leads!

Am I underpaid? I’m a marketing manager making $70k with 2 YOE at a startup with ~70 employees. We’re very understaffed so I have four primary responsibilities—product, email, social and data analysis. I like the people and the company but I can’t shake this feeling that I could be making a lot more. Taxes are high and money is tight in NYC, especially with inflation. I haven’t received a raise in over a year. Am I underpaid? What should I be making?
2nd year junior attorney applying to new positions in the Southern California area. Every firm that’s called me to interview are smaller firms with salary ranges of 80-90k. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong — I have had multiple people review my resume, cover letters, etc. It seems like it’s a decently hot market, and I’m just out here getting frustrated.
Any of you ever exercise calls? It's making more sense for me to exercise my pton $38.50 calls than sell them.

My mom died today — it’s wasn’t totally unexpected and we didn’t have the best relationship so I’m not as distraught as one might assume however it doesn’t mean I didn’t call my boss acting devastated and doesn’t mean I’m not going to use it to milk a paid week and a half off work to “make arrangements” and “grieve”

I recently interviewed for a Senior Associate audit role in the UK (top 15 firm), and they offered me the role. After I accepted the offer, they verbally told me that I would be starting as an Associate, not a Senior, and if they think I’m ready after 6 months, the title is up for negotiation. The reason they want me to start as an Associate is because I don’t have UK experience. But I’ve worked as an auditor with a Big 4 firm for 3 years outside the UK. Is this standard practice in the UK?
