Evaluating an exit into Amazon as L6 product manager (TC: $225K) after 1 year at BCG. I want to work in tech/fintech long term. Questions:
1) Is the work life balance better at Amazon, than BCG? Currently I'm averaging 70 hours a week. More than that, the pace is quite insane. Deliverables every couple of hours.
2) Is the level of mentorship/coaching better at Amazon?
3) Is the offer reasonable? Their upper max is 250k and I'm currently at 240, should I try to atleast get my current TC?
