The Mercedes body shop guy seems like a sleazy guy trying to get me a totally new bumper for a minor paint fix. The insurance agent said there is up to 5k coverage only and rest I will have to pay out of pocket. Can I run into a situation where I might have to pay the difference being at “no fault” in the collision?
