Anybody work for Parallon HCA? I’m wondering what they pay you as a virtual registrar if you’re a non Hispanic versus if you are a Hispanic person. Starting they have offers for pay of $21. I’ve noticed with some healthcare companies they do not want to pay for a bilingual differential which is poor professional behavior in my opinion.

I have 6.9 YOE as insurance Business analyst, I have worked in just one company, recently trying to switch and manage to secure an offer of 18 CTC from LTI as P3 (pune location)

Current CTC : 7.5 lacs (Indore location)

Is it a good deal? Or should I ask for more, as i was going through other people post, I found big figures for LTI P3 roles. Plz suggest as per my YOE and current CTC will LTI consider for more pay?

I’m assuming this will be all the time I can take off when the baby comes. Despite seeing how my prior firm was with time off (typical law firm policy) my wife thinks I’ll get extra “paternity leave.” I can ask, but I already know the answer. How do I help her understand my situation?

Two weeks ago, I started a new staff accountant job at a property investment/real estate company in Atlanta through a recruiter. I have a bachelors in the field and 3 years experience. I work with a classroom of Middle School ED students. One student, who I worked with the year before, has changed alot over the year. Last year (pre COVID), she had a good head on her shoulders and I thought I had good rapor with her. But over that period of isolation, she tried to commit suicide.

Has anyone on here suffered with scalp psoriasis and had success treating it? I've struggled with it for a few years, and I found that the last few months it has just gotten horrible. My scalp will start flaking the day after I wash it and I can visibly see large flakes in my hair - and I'm sure other people can too. It's getting embarassing and not sure what to do other than medication which I've heard can cause hair loss. I've tried ACV rinses and tea tree oil, but no real results.

Just got notice from amerisourcebergen they are not going to follow the ada. My doctor filled out a ada form for 2 extra 15 min breaks and time away from the computer if I have a panic attack or an anxiety attack without reprimand. Don't use amerisourcebergen. They force us to work feom home. They refuse to allow anyone back in the office, even those of us who have a ADA from feom doctors stating that I need to go back into the office due to the affects of isolation.
