I am interviewing for a new position as a Senior Program Manager and I need to give a salary (I have asked for range but they won’t give it). I have 15+ years experience (PMP/CSM). This would be a for profit, international company. I am curious what others are being compensated at for this title (base, bonus structure)?

I put my profile up on Hired on Tuesday with what I feel like is a high minimum base ( 200k ) and I’m getting 5 or more interview requests a day. Am I shooting too low? Need some advise! When I get asked what salary range a role is, I honestly don’t know how to answer. How we hire is based upon the interview process and tech screen. I’ve been telling candidates “the starting base for this role is x but is dependent on the interview” obviously they think what I’ve provided is what they’ll get. I just received email to submit documents for Wells Fargo. Before this , haven't had conversation with the HR.
1. Can I mail back asking for the budget they have for this role?
2. Can I keep the current CTC thet he asked as blank and just state my expected CTC in email?
3. He had asked for tenure in the current organisation. Does this affect the hike? My tenure in current organisation is 9 months.

I got an offer in TCS with 11.5 and Bosch with 14 LPA.

Decided to join Bosch. But I somehow missed to ask joining bonus. I have already received Offer letter.
Would it be fine if I ask them now? Will that anyway impact my offer?
