Hi everyone! Letting you know fishbowl helped me get a job with one of the biggest software companies! I finally got into the SaaS industry which has been my goal for a year now. Just started this week :) :).

I am transitioning into a Investment Banking RM position at ING Bank. Any advice on being a good RM? Also anyone who works at ING have some inside scoop on the company? Everything I have heard from the interview process to talking to others is that it is a great place to learn and one of the better banks from a culture aspect.
