Had a recent job offer from Amazon TC 146 K sign on bonus 42K RSU 508 for a L6 Sr. Program manager based out of Nashville. This is barely more than the amount I make now(actually base is lower than what I make). I’m planning to ask for about 18% more, is that a high number? I’m fed up/burnt out dealing with incompetent people (clients devs different teams) the mundane and repetitiveness of rinse recycle and repeat of product is exhausting and boring me out.
