Anyone able to give insight into their interview day with A&M PEPI? Have a super day tomorrow and just received the case. Not sure what to expect from the 4.5 hr day. Case and requested PPT are about as vague as expected but any tips appreciated

How is the Pay Structure with LTI. Is the Fixed Pay inclusive of employee pf employer pf, medical and gratuity.

Or are these components paid separately.

Also what will be the PF , will it be 12% of base or 1800 fixed PF ?

I might get an offer of 30LPA fixed + Variables. Can we expect 100% variable as well ?

When an agency is asking for x years of experience and you have less how do you gauge if it’s still worth applying?

I’ve been offered a position that I’m really excited about. Their initial offer was 10K more than the top of the salary range they gave me for the position when I asked during the interview process and at the top end of the salary requirements I set for myself. My partner thinks I should still negotiate for more even though I’m happy with the offer. Am I an idiot if I don’t negotiate in this case? Realistically, I don’t think I’d get much more than that, but should I negotiate out of principle?

Recently I got invited to an interview with a decent growing company. I work in Executive Search and I am thinking of switching to in-house recruiting. During the conversation the recruiter made some weird assumptions about my current job. The interview took longer than expected and I feel like I have not delivered well. Was I wrong to expect in-house recruiter to understand the differences and similarities between in-house-recruiting, professional search and retained executive search?

Product Design Engineer, interviewing at Apple (Cupertino) and at Meta (Seattle/Redmond). Not at the offer stage yet, but I'm contemplating where I would relocate with family.
No idea about team/culture/stability differences yet.

The non-work factors I'm debating are:
1. Cost-of-living (housing!). Could probably afford a nice ~$1.25M SFH in Seattle suburbs sooner than a fair $1.5-2M near Cupertino.
2. Public School quality. Unsure private will be affordable.
3. Weather/region: activities
