Here is my game plan when on long term gigs:
Stay at a residence inn where you can get a kitchen
Go to the grocery store on the way in when you land.
Pretend you are home and brown bag everything
Breakfast is easy eggs and bacon; lunch get salads and make sure to get cheese and avocado. Dinner I think is easy, steak and veggies from a restaurant or room service
Whole Foods - Bulletproof bars, jerky, cheese, almonds, almond butter, Lily’s Chocolate. At the hot/cold bar - cauliflower rice, chicken salad, tuna salad & other foods they might have.
Also poke bowls (no rice), Chipotle salads (no rice or beans), sushi wrapped in cucumber, burgers with no bun, know products (if you can find them in a store; typically order them online), the Vitamin Shoppe has some low carb options (pizza) and protein bars

Haha guess that’s confirmation that it’s difficult... I just can’t seem to find keto friendly meals for breakfast lunch and dinner without seriously going out of my way for it..
